Per Ordinance No. 189004 and consistent with the adoption of the Boyle Heights Community Plan, the Adelante Eastside Redevelopment Plan (AERP) was amended to delete all provisions within the AERP that regulate the use and development of land in the Boyle Heights Community Plan Area. As such, the AERP shall have no force and effect with respect to City Planning land use approvals and the provisions of the AERP are no longer applicable within the Boyle Heights Community Plan area. The AERP, as amended, remains effective until March 2031.
