The Performance Management Unit (PMU) is responsible for monitoring and analyzing Los Angeles City Planning’s key performance metrics. Across a broad array of issues, the staff assigned to this unit advises management on how new and existing planning policies are working, with an aim to improve case processing timeframes, data collection, and analysis.
